How to Initiate a Return
Contact us with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, you will receive return instructions and a shipping label (if applicable).
Ship the item back to us in its original condition.
Note: Return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refund Process
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
